We process personal data to handle your enquiry and provide a free consultation, and, where applicable, to prepare and carry out the order. The legal basis is the negotiation and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in communication and developing the business relationship (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, carry out the order, but for no longer than 5 years from the last contact, unless specific legislation (e.g. accounting or tax law) requires otherwise.
